Booths 7 and 8 are for sale. They're in a great location just inside Gate 1 and behind the main music/barbeque pavilion. They are all metal construction with heavy gauge metal wire doors that can be locked with chains. Wire extends inside metal walls in both booths for hanging merchandise. Metal shelving all along inside walls and down middle of booth 7, which has gravel flooring. Metal shelving on one side of booth 8, which has wooden flooring.
Price: Booth 8 is $7,000. It has higher ceiling and wooden floor. Booth 7 is $6,500. If they are purchased together, price is $13,000 ($500 savings). If purchased before Lions Club rent is due in October, rent for remainder of 2017 is included. If purchased after rent for 2018 is due, rent is extra.

Up for sale, a well established booth where many dealers and customers have returned year after year. I have been at this location for almost 18 years and now it is time to let someone else enjoy and profit from it. My booth is located by the main entrance on Buck Bend. You are close to the pavilion, BBQ, restrooms and the information center.
The booth size is 24 feet wide in the front and 35 feet deep. Has a 20' x 20' canopy covering the front. In the back off to one side is a metal storage building 91/2' x 12' with shelving all around inside for extra storage. You have space in front of the building to set up a table and chair to conduct your sales. The electrical outlet is here, so you can have lighting in the building and fan for the summer heat or heater for the winter months.
Under the canopy are 4 enclosed shelving, 1 in the back, 2 on one side and 1 shelving unit and open table on the other side. The shelves are approx. 6' tall, 8' wide and 24" deep with 2 shelves in each unit. They are enclosed by hanging pegboards on the front. And you still have plenty of open space between the shelving units approx. 16feet by 18feet.

OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS! Wimberley Market Days Booth & Business for sale. Booth #181 is at the heart of the 475 booths at Market Days. Market Days occur on the first Saturday from March through December. Hours are 7am - 4pm, except during the 3 summer months when it closes at 3pm. Booth #181 has been owned by same vendor for 10 years. Vendors surrounding the booth have been there longer, including one for 32 years!
THE BOOTH - YOU OWN IT - The booth is a tin structure approximately 20' x 20' with a locking storage building 4' x 8', so you can leave inventory there. Electrical service is provided. There is a fan and lights in the booth. The walls have permanent tables for product display. You can pull your vehicle through the booth before you set up. This is a huge plus as most vendors have to carry product in and park outside in parking lots. The booth has a port-a-potty right behind it for easy access.
PRODUCTS - The products are Texas flags, funny tin signs, old Texas map reproductions, Texas scenic pictures, man cave stuff, neon signs, bumper stickers, koozies and much more. The booth is owned by www.TrulyTexas.com, www.TrulyTexas.com is not for sale. TrulyTexas will provide wholesale pricing to the prospective new owner and agree not to sell to anyone else at the show.
You DO NOT have to buy the inventory and you can sell whatever product you create or would like. Many booths sell antiques from estate sales.
LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION - Booth #181 is located in the heart of the show. There is a bottle nose affect that funnels customers through the street in front. The booth is shaded by gorgeous oak trees. There is a Lions Club concession across the street selling food, ice cream and drinks creating more foot traffic.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION - The annual lease fee for $570.00 to the Lions Club has been paid for 2017. There are no more fees for electrical etc. The booth is being sold with $1000.00 of retail inventory for $10,000.00, or $9,000 without inventory. Sales can be tied to the weather, if it is cold and rainy then sales will not be high. On the other hand if the weather cooperates then sales are great! The owner is making no guarantees about sales, because the person owning the booth has to be creative and possess salesperson skills. Owner financing is available with $5,000 down and a 3 year payment plan. You will need to get a Resale Certificate from the Comptroller of Texas to collect and pay taxes. Prospective buyers will have the opportunity to be in the booth during Market Days to observe the operation.

Booth 193 is in a great, high traffic location on Buck Lane, very near Gate 2, the main BBQ concession, and the pavilion. The booth is spacious, covered and has a large, attached, lockable storage area in the back. The booth has been painted white in the past two years and the back wall was recently finished with faux brick. It has multiple strands of patio lights strung from the ceiling, as well as several hanging lamps for lighting. The floor was recently redone in pea gravel. There are open, wood panels that hang in the three openings on one side that make it easy to display items, but allow air flow in the booth. The other side of the booth has a long countertop great for display, but that also has doors for storage underneath. The booth has ample room to display large furniture pieces, as well as lots of smaller items. There is also space between the front of the booth and the road to display items. The booth is currently open for viewing, but can be closed and secured with a large tarp across the front.

Booth 194 on Buck Lane. This booth is in a great location with a lot of traffic near Gate 2 close to the main music/BBQ pavilion. It is covered, with a wood floor and sides. The locked storage room in the back has built-in shelving on the walls and measures 6 ft. by 14 ft. The booth is 12 ft. wide on the front, 15 ft. wide at the back and 30 ft. deep. There is also a back entrance with stairs and easy access for loading and unloading.

It is in a prime location in Section 3 at the junction of Lion Way & Possum Trot & Eagle Drive. It sits between the Wooden Oar Kettle Korn vender, who usually has a line of people waiting for their popcorn, and well established Look Again, where you can find antiques, collectibles, furniture and vintage items. The booth is just a short walk from the restrooms and Concession 2.
It has a metal roof under the shade of a big oak tree, with built in locking storage room, counter with multiple display shelves, track lighting over the counter. The wooden floor is in the process of having ply wood laid for new vinyl wood grain flooring. There is a wall of plexiglass "windows" on the Lion Way side that serves as a great display for the bulk of traffic on Lion Way. The booth has two entrance/exits. Neighboring vendors are very nice people!

Booth #263 is located on Eagles Drive just off the 3rd gate/entrance. Its a short walking distance to two concession stands and bathrooms. Booth measures 28' X 20' which equates to 560 SF - HUGE! This includes storage of 9.5' X 5' with five shelves, metal roof, two lockable doors and a wooden floor. The booth itself has a metal roof with a steel frame. Three sides consist of wood and/or wire. Leaving the front entrance open for great breezes and easy, comfortable access in and out for the shoppers. There is room to display on numerous existing tables and built-ins. You also have a small spill over area in the front to create curb-appeal. I have LOVED this booth for 8 years! It has great vibes and is very well known.

With super, easy access for in/out hassle-free arrival and departure, it is a very short distance from Gate 3 on Lions Way and almost right across the gate leading to Vendor Parking Lot. In addition, its back doors open right onto Pavilion No. 2/Concession Stand #2, RESTROOMS and ongoing music entertainment! Lots of people come to our booth because of its great location! While enjoying a lunch break and listening to great music, customers end up inside our booth leading to many sales.

This booth is well framed (studs 16" on center), solid floor (3/4 osb). The celling has power foam to reflect the heat from the tin roof and a fan to blow the hot air out the back eve. All opening are covered with hardware cloth to make it raccoon resistant. Booth footprint is 16 X 20 less a 14" by 60 " notch left off the back side to comply with lions booth separation.
