Booth 7 & 8

Thinking about becoming a vendor? Having some fun in retirement, or letting your creative side out from behind your desk? This can be a great place to do it! Booths 7 and 8 are in a prime location-just behind the main pavilion, you'll attract customers' attention while they're eating BBQ and listening to music, and close enough to the street for easy customer pick-up of larger items.

We currently use Booth 7 for smaller items-it has a gravel floor, built-in shelves along 3 walls and down the middle, and it measures approximately 15' wide by 17' long. Booth 8 we use for larger items, such as furniture-it has a raised wooden floor, shelving along one wall, metal wire along 2 walls for hanging merchandise, and measures approximately 14' wide by 20' long. Both booths are metal construction with heavy gauge metal wire doors that are locked with chains. Both booths have plenty of room outside to arrange merchandise attracting customers to come inside. Plus, customers move between the booths by a connecting door without having to go back out to the pavement.

Price: Price is $5,500 for Booth 7; $6,000 for Booth 8; $11,000 if both are purchased together. And that includes Lion's Club rent for both booths for 2019. It's time for your next adventure!

Booth 12

Building has been completely remodeled inside and outside. Ceilings were raised 6 feet for better air flow, new floors, new paint (interior & exterior). Also, 4 ceiling fans with lights were added on the inside. It also has a front porch which can be used to place merchandise on to sell. The furniture is included which also includes a stereo system to keep the shoppers happy. Great location close to the front gate so the people can easily find you. Booth 39/40

Booth 105 for sale! Wimberely Market Days are every 1st of the months except for January and February when they are closed. 2019 dues included. Booth is in the Main Pavilion where the monthly Main Band plays. Concessions, beer stand, restrooms, office, and BBQ stand are all at this pavilion. Located in between the 2 main entrance gates. A sweet booth in a good location- close to gate 2 and - anchored by two long term vendors who have return customers every month. Booth is approximately 12' x 20' with a raised wooden floor. Booth 167 is only 6 booths away from the Main Pavilion & Concession on Lions Way. It's considered one of the best locations in the Market and is close to parking (gate 2) and ATM. Booth 181

OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS! Wimberley Market Days Booth & Business for sale. Booth #181 is at the heart of the 475 booths at Market Days. Market Days occur on the first Saturday from March through December. Hours are 7am - 4pm, except during the 3 summer months when it closes at 3pm. Booth #181 has been owned by same vendor for 10 years. Vendors surrounding the booth have been there longer, including one for 32 years!

THE BOOTH - YOU OWN IT - The booth is a tin structure approximately 20' x 20' with a locking storage building 4' x 8', so you can leave inventory there. Electrical service is provided. There is a fan and lights in the booth. The walls have permanent tables for product display. You can pull your vehicle through the booth before you set up. This is a huge plus as most vendors have to carry product in and park outside in parking lots. The booth has a port-a-potty right behind it for easy access.

PRODUCTS - The products are Texas flags, funny tin signs, old Texas map reproductions, Texas scenic pictures, man cave stuff, neon signs, bumper stickers, koozies and much more. The booth is owned by www.TrulyTexas.com, www.TrulyTexas.com is not for sale. TrulyTexas will provide wholesale pricing to the prospective new owner and agree not to sell to anyone else at the show.

You DO NOT have to buy the inventory and you can sell whatever product you create or would like. Many booths sell antiques from estate sales.

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION - Booth #181 is located in the heart of the show. There is a bottle nose affect that funnels customers through the street in front. The booth is shaded by gorgeous oak trees. There is a Lions Club concession across the street selling food, ice cream and drinks creating more foot traffic.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION - The annual lease fee for $570.00 to the Lions Club has been paid for 2017. There are no more fees for electrical etc. The booth is being sold with $1000.00 of retail inventory for $10,000.00, or $9,000 without inventory. Sales can be tied to the weather, if it is cold and rainy then sales will not be high. On the other hand if the weather cooperates then sales are great! The owner is making no guarantees about sales, because the person owning the booth has to be creative and possess salesperson skills. Owner financing is available with $5,000 down and a 3 year payment plan. You will need to get a Resale Certificate from the Comptroller of Texas to collect and pay taxes. Prospective buyers will have the opportunity to be in the booth during Market Days to observe the operation.

Booth 204

Excellent location for several reasons: Easy for your customers to find on Lion's Way near Panther Pass and just 30 yards from Concession Stand #3 and 20 yards from a portable toilet. -Backs up to a perimeter fence for less crowding and more breezes. -Several larger booth spaces alongside for more open space. -Lion's Way is a main artery carrying lots of foot traffic in front of your booth.

The Booth structure is open and airy with a high roof (doesn't leak) with ceiling fans and lighting for the early morning set-ups. The booth measures 16'x24' with an additional 15' of open area at the back of the booth. The double door closet is lockable and measures 10'x2'x7 ' tall. There are 2 display tables of 8'x2' and 1 of 12'x2'. The booth has shelves along one side and a rack to hold a pipe for a 12' clothes bar. All above a practical pea gravel floor. Being 16 ' wide and up to almost 40 ' deep, there is plenty of room for inventory and personal equipment such as a table and chairs for you and your staff.

We are selling booth number 234 because of health reason (Mary has stage 4 cancer and cannot take the long hours & the heat). The booth is approximately 15'X32' under cover. Has opening on two different streets. On Gwynn Way Street, the booth is 15' wide and on Possum Trot the booth is 20' wide (15' is covered and the other area is a rectangle, each end 4' by 5' & 10' long). Substantial improvements were made to it in 2015 at a cost of close to $2000 ($1500 was an add on). Booth 263

Booth #263 is located on Eagles Drive just off the 3rd gate/entrance. Its a short walking distance to two concession stands and bathrooms. Booth measures 28' X 20' which equates to 560 SF - HUGE! This includes storage of 9.5' X 5' with five shelves, metal roof, two lockable doors and a wooden floor. The booth itself has a metal roof with a steel frame. Three sides consist of wood and/or wire. Leaving the front entrance open for great breezes and easy, comfortable access in and out for the shoppers. There is room to display on numerous existing tables and built-ins. You also have a small spill over area in the front to create curb-appeal. I have LOVED this booth for 8 years! It has great vibes and is very well known.

Booth 325

This booth is well framed (studs 16" on center), solid floor (3/4 osb). The celling has power foam to reflect the heat from the tin roof and a fan to blow the hot air out the back eve. All opening are covered with hardware cloth to make it raccoon resistant. Booth footprint is 16 X 20 less a 14" by 60 " notch left off the back side to comply with lions booth separation.
